Ambassadors Programme

Wear It. Share It. Represent It.

Cricket is built by the people who turn up every week. They’re the opening bowler who never misses training, the junior pushing for a place in the 1st XI, and the captain who holds the club together. The G&P Ambassador Programme exists to back those cricketers.

We’re not trying to become a global giant. We’re a cricket brand that wants to stay close to the game and to the youth and senior cricketers who keep grassroots cricket thriving. Our ambassadors wear, use and share G&P, and in return we give them exclusive rewards, recognition and a genuine voice in how our kit develops.

You don’t need to be a professional or have thousands of followers. If you’re an active cricketer who is proud of your club and happy to share your season, we’d love to hear from you.

The programme is open to three groups:

  • Men’s cricket (18+)
  • Women’s cricket (16+)
  • Junior cricket (13–17, nominated by a coach or school)

What You’ll Get

Rewards for representing G&P
Every confirmed ambassador receives a full package of perks from day one, and the more you get involved, the more you unlock.

Your Personal Ambassador Code
You’ll receive your own discount code for 15% off all G&P equipment, casualwear and teamwear (if your club is a participating club). It’s made to be shared with teammates, friends and family, so the whole dressing room benefits. Every code is tracked individually, so we can see the difference you make and reward you for it.

Ambassador Welcome Pack
Your digital welcome pack includes a personal message from the G&P team, an ambassador card to share on your socials, and our brand asset pack. You’ll also get simple content guidelines and hashtags so you’re ready to post from your first match.

Your Feature on G&P Channels
Every ambassador gets a dedicated “Meet the Ambassador” feature on G&P’s social channels during the season. We’ll reshare your best content throughout the year, and you’ll be listed on this page with your name, club and photo (optional).

Early Access
You’ll get a first look at new product drops before public launch and invitations to trial new equipment and give feedback. You’ll also get bigger discounts during key sales events like Black Friday.

Junior Ambassadors
Junior ambassadors receive a Rising Star digital badge. Their club or school is mentioned when they’re announced, and we celebrate the whole junior group at the end of the season.

Rewards That Grow With You

Our most active ambassadors earn more. Post consistently and share your code, and you’ll unlock our performance rewards.

Increased discount: Your code can go up from 15% to as much as 25%.

Free G&P kit: Top performers receive gifted products such as a cap, training top or piece of equipment.

Your story told: You could be featured in a G&P case study or editorial blog post.

Season Best Ambassador: At the end of every season we crown one standout ambassador with a social feature and a G&P gift card.

What we ask in return is light and designed to fit around your cricket. Share one or two posts a month in your G&P kit, tag @gentlemenplayers and include your code, and pass your code on to your team.

At the end of the season we’ll ask for 10 minutes of honest feedback on how our kit performed. That’s it.

How to Become a G&P Ambassador

Apply

Complete the short application form below. It takes about five minutes. Players under 18 must be nominated by their coach or school, with parent or guardian consent.

Get Approved

We review applications every two weeks during the season. For junior applicants, we verify every nomination with the coach before approval. Every applicant gets a reply.

Start Representing

Once you're approved, your welcome email arrives with your personal code, welcome pack and brand guidelines. Then get out there and represent your club in G&P.

    G&P will email the coach to verify this endorsement and contact the parent / guardian before any application is approved. We will not send marketing to junior players.
