Founded in 2012, G&P is a UK leader in traditional and honour caps, with over a decade of experience creating pieces that mark careers, milestones and big occasions in sport.

We started with caps, but today our work spans blazers and wider sportswear, all designed to reflect your colours, your history and the way your club or organisation wants to be seen.

We work with clubs, schools, universities and governing bodies across the UK and beyond, supporting everyone from grassroots teams to national and international programmes.

Chris Sketchley – Founder & Director

Having spent time as a professional cricketer and working within the game at the England and Wales Cricket Board, Chris brings a deep, practical understanding of sport and its traditions. That experience shapes the direction of G&P, guiding a hands-on approach to creating bespoke caps, blazers, and teamwear that reflect identity, pride, and purpose beyond match day.

Tom Hampton – Business Development Manager

Bringing first-hand experience of elite sport to the way the brand builds partnerships. A former professional cricketer, Tom understands the importance of identity, detail, and trust within teams, and applies that knowledge to developing long-term relationships with clubs, schools, universities, and organisations.

Danni Coker – Business Development Manager

Danni Coker specialises in blazer design and development at G&P, leading bespoke blazer and honour cap projects for professional sports teams, including Blackburn Rovers Football Club and Birmingham City Football Club. With a law degree and a highly analytical approach, she brings clarity and precision to complex custom projects, ensuring every piece reflects the identity and heritage of the organisations G&P works with.

Our roots are in professional sport. We know what it means to pull on a shirt for your team, to wear a cap with pride, or to stand a little taller in a blazer that represents more than just colours. That feeling stays with you. When our time in the professional game ended, we wanted to continue that heritage, not by looking backwards, but by carrying it into a modern sporting world where identity still matters.

We also know that every team has a story. We still play sport, we still work closely with clubs, and we see first-hand how much people give to represent their team. Too often, that commitment is recognised with little more than a trophy or a forgettable cap. We believe teams and players deserve more.
